Welcome to the booking portal of Bootswerft Empacher GmbH for the World Rowing Masters Regatta Banyoles 2025. The boats shown here can be booked by you for the various races. Additionally we offer boats for training use on Monday and Tuesday. Please note that we require direct payment of the rent for a booking in order to be able to exclude possible security bookings.

2. Booking procedure:
 

Step 1: To begin with, please select the "Book" button in the middle of the picture.

 

Step 2: You can now select the day of the race on which you would like to book your boat. Please click on the "Choose" button.

 

Step 3: Once you have selected the right day, you can find our selection of boats here. Each boat is described by the race, then the class of the race and the available boat mould including rower weights. Please click on the "Choose" button.

Step 4: Once you have found the right boat for your race, you can book the boat using the "Jetzt buchen!" button. If this button is not available and you cannot find any entries under “Available start times”, the boat is no longer available for your race.

 

Step 5: Please register with us with all the necessary information and please agree to the GTCs and the cancellation conditions.

 

Step 6: You can view and confirm the booking details by clicking the "Book" button.

 

Step 7: Here we will show you the summary of your order again and you can confirm your booking by clicking the "Continue" button. You will then be redirected to the PayPal payment system.

 

Step 8: You can log in to PayPal with your access data or you can deposit a credit card with PayPal to confirm your payment.

 

Step 9: Once you have made your payment via PayPal, please select the "Back to provider" button. Back on the booking system website, you can print out or save your invoice for booking.

 

Step 10: We are very pleased to be able to make our boats in Brandenburg available to you. Please bring your booking ticket digitally or in paper form to our stand, then we can prepare your boat for you.

 

Insurance conditions:

Insurance is generelly included in the price per race or training session. This excludes grossly negligent actions by rowers, which result in boat damage.

Swift Racing

 

BOAT RENTAL SWIFT

If you are a long-time Swift customer, welcome back! If this will be your first experience in a Swift, welcome too! This will be the perfect chance for you to test a Swift.

Swift will be in Banyoles to help you to have a great experience at the World Rowing Masters Regatta. They have a full range of boats from 1x to 8+, from 55kg to 100kg crew weights. They will also provide oars from Braca, C2 and Croker.

Swift Racing was established in 2005 and since that time, due to its quality and wide range of hull sizes, has become the boat of choice for many rowing clubs around the world, as well as performing at the very top level, winning medals at U19, U23 and Senior World Championships.
